With plastic injection mold, can try mold equal or below 350 tons in Echigo factory. The other types of mold will be tried in customer's factory. 

No, we cannot. Please try mold with the casting condition that you set up by yourself. Echigo will fix the mold following customer's testing result.

We need (1) 2D drawing & (2) 3D drawing or real sample. If clients do not provide enough, we still can calculate the quotation. However, that may lead to the possibility that the mold is simple but the price is too high. 

Can do plastic inject almost of the type of plastic such as PP, PS, PPS, PC, PC-ABS, ABS, PA66, POM, SAN, PET, PBT, PEI, etc.

Normally, customers will specify to Echigo the raw plastic code and suppliers trusted by them. If customer need the advice, we can ask some of our reliable raw plastic suppliers.

Yes, we have. MOQ will depend on customer's product and the minimum lot of raw plastic that we must buy from supplier.
